Login and Subscription Queries

  1. Visit EQSports.Net and click on the SUBSCRIBE option in the top navigation or the dropdown in the top right of the page.
  2. There are two options for access to EQSports.Net
    • Live Access - This provides you with a pass watch live event coverage.
    • Full Access - This pass gives you access to watch both live and all on-demand content.
  3. Register using Facebook, Google, Yahoo or sign-up by entering your email address and a password of your choice.
  4. Make a payment using any of the secure payment methods of your choice. A confirmation message will appear on the webpage.
  5. You will be redirected to the EQSports.Net site where you will have either Live or Full Access. (Ensure you are logged in if you don't have instant access)
  6. An email will also be sent to you, with a direct link to a page where the event is broadcast. Once the event is about to start (or during the event), click on the link. You should have instant access to the event. (Ensure you are logged in if you don't have instant access)
  7. If you have any questions during the sign up process, please contact support@cleeng.zendesk.com or fill in a support request.

Be sure that you are using the email and password you used to sign up. If you have forgotten your password you can reset your password here.

  • Visit EQSports.net and click on the Login option in the dropdown in the top right of the page.
  • You may also want to try logging into your Cleeng account directly:
    • go to https://cleeng.com/us/my-account,
    • log in with your email and the password,
    • click on your Live Access Pass or Full Access Pass link you'll see in your 'Library'.

We actually recommend you book your ticket in advance. This way, you avoid the queue (even on internet, it can happen!). Then connect a few minutes before the event.

  • Go directly to EQSports.Net, you can click on the SUBSCRIBE option in dropdown in the top right of the browser. Enter your credentials, then select the Live stream you wish to watch and click Play!
  1. Login at https://cleeng.com/my-account
  2. Go to "Subscriptions" tab
  3. You can see here all your subscriptions, with start day, and billing term (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
  4. You can then easily change the subscription status by clicking on 'Stop'. The change will be saved automatically.

If you are an EQSportsNet subscriber and are an owner or rider, you may request a link to download a copy of your rides. Please fill out this form to request a downloadable file from your ride.

Live Event Queries

  1. Please check that you are logged in, by clicking on the Login dropdown in the top right of your browser.
  2. If the error persists, please quit and reopen your browser, then proceed to Login to EQSports.net
  3. If you're still experiencing issues: please try using another browser or clear the cache and cookies of the browser you've been using. Here's a tutorial that will guide you through the process, depending on the browser type and device you're using.
  4. Nothing is working? Please contact support@cleeng.zendesk.com or fill in a support request.

Payment Questions

If you have registered, but your payment didn't go through and was rejected by the bank:

  1. Please also double-check if you filled in the correct billing details, including expiration date or your CVC code.
  2. If you data is correct, you might need to contact you bank asking for more details. Due to privacy policy we don't receive any details on the reason of this rejection from the banks. You can find their contact details at the back of your card.
  3. To get access immediately - you can try using another payment method.

Credit Cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express, etc

When you pay with a Credit Card, our system asks authorization from your bank. In some cases a bank refuses the payment. This can have multiple reasons, however the bank does not inform us about the exact reason to respect your privacy. So we are unable to give you specific information. Please contact your bank for any details and status of your account in case this happens to you.

In some rare cases a credit card payment is blocked due to our fraud filters. If your bank tells you everything is okay from their side, please raise a ticket with your details and we'll look into your purchase status as soon as possible.

PayPal

There are multiple ways you can pay via PayPal. When you pay with a credit balance on your PayPal account, transactions tend to go very smoothly. Be aware that if you pay using an external payment method, like your credit card that is associated with your PayPal account, similar issues can arise like those indicated above (section about Credit Cards).

If you still encounter payment issues, please raise a ticket with your details and we'll look into your purchase status as soon as possible.

In case you feel eligible for a refund you can request a refund via your library (https://cleeng.com/us/my-account). If you click on 'More', under the title of a purchased item, you'll see the link to "Request refund".

Note: Cleeng only processes "Refund request" coming in via this refund request form. Requesting a refund doesn't mean it will be granted automatically.

For your purchase and the refunding process the Cleeng Terms & Conditions apply:

A User will be automatically granted a refund, 24-72 hours after the refund request was submitted, only in the following cases:

  1. A User made a double/multiple purchases using the same registration/login data.
  2. The Event was cancelled by the Publisher; the video on-demand was removed by the Publisher.
  3. More than 80% of the show had streaming issues (no sound, or poor sound & video quality).
  4. A video is missing – as it wasn’t published by the Publisher.
  5. The content was misleading – the description didn’t relate to actual content of the video.

In case of doubts or unclear reasons of the refund request Cleeng may contact the User for more information and/or the Publisher who will decide if the User’s request is valid for a refund.

Refund request must be submitted less than 48 hours after the event has finished in order to be reviewed.

Note: events that are followed up by a replay/ VOD won't be refunded.

If you weren't able to watch the event or a video on-demand (rental) and want to cancel your purchase due to personal reasons, unfortunately no refund can't be done, as we cannot validate the accuracy of the request.

In case of a rejection of the refund request the User will be notified within 24-72 hours.

If you paid double, please send us both receipts you received after the purchase.

We will refund the second purchase within 48 hours.

It usually takes up to 24-48 hours before you will see the refund reflected on your bank statement.

The 'Cleeng’ name appears on your bank statements. Cleeng is the payment engine used by EQSports.Net

We support most devices and operating systems: Microsoft® Windows®, Apple® Mac® or Linux OS with Adobe® Flash® or tablets including Google® Android™ devices and Apple® iPad® or iPhone® devices will work. We are streaming a lower bitrate feed that works over most 3G and 4G services. Please consult with your local access carrier for rules and regulations. Please be aware that we are not responsible for data connection charges to view the stream on any platform or service.

Accounts and Settings

If you'd like to delete your account please submit a request here, including your email address. Cleeng (our subscription engine) will close your account upon your request.

Please note that the financial transactions history will be kept.

If you have forgotten your password, go to the Password Reset page. Follow the instructions to have a password reset email sent to your email client.

In case you are able to login, but just wish to update your password, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log-in to your Cleeng Account.
  2. Click on 'Settings'.
  3. Scroll down to 'Password' section and click on 'Change'

Once you have entered (and confirmed) your new password, press the "Save" button.

Your profile, balance and payment information are securely stored on the Cleeng servers. All transactions are done on the Cleeng server using SSL encryption and we don’t share your data with any 3rd party companies. You can buy using enterprise-class payment system provided by Adyen B.V.
